Setting free the Holy Spirit

"When he (the Holy Spirit) is set free in the Church, he will first of all generate fresh experiences of every New Testament kind and variety. There will be personal conversions and corporate resurrections and illuminatings and empowerings and sanctifyings, and things will happen among God's people that will make the, exclaim with wonder that "the Lord has done great things for us; we are glad." (Psalm 126:3). Where that wonder and gladness are absent it is doubtful if the Spirit is freely at work."
